1.Can I enter a different delivery address to the billing address?
 
Yes. At Checkout select your billing address which is where your credit card is registered to and enter a different delivery address.
 
2.Can I enter a different delivery name?
 
Yes. At Checkout enter the first name and surname for the billing address, and a different first name and surname for the delivery address.
 
3.What currency can I pay in?
 
All payment is processed from the currency to which your credit card is registered to. Though please be aware that all prices are in UK Sterling (GBP) and you will be charged to the value of the products in UK Sterling (GBP).
 
4.How do I check my order status once i have placed my order?
 
 We will send you an email as soon as your order has been despached - we will aim to dispatch your order on the same day. 
 
5.What if I want something that is out of stock?
 
Contact us and we will get back to you with information on this product.
 
6.What if I want something urgently?
 
Contact us and we will get a quote from the post office.
 
7.What if I don't want to use pay-pal?
 
If this is the case please email us and we can arrange a cheque payment - please bare in mind that your order will not be despached until cheque has cleared.
